Classic CrossFit class including gymnastic and weightlifting movements working on strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Ditto during CrossFit but with more simplified movements. We do not find training with the weightlifting bars, but the intensity is present. Ideal for fitness and weight loss.
Classes offered for people aged 60 and over, adapted to each participant according to their needs! Friendly and convivial atmosphere without stress, where you learn to move and keep in shape as long as possible!
